The average tuition charged by colleges and universities across the nation with online bachelors degree in real estate programs is $24,165 yearly. Over the past few years, there has been a 14% increase in the average tuition. In 2007, the average tuition at these online schools was $21,199 per annum.

Online bachelors degree in real estate colleges and universities are sometimes called real estate development colleges and universities. The tuition range for colleges offering online real estate programs at the bachelors level is displayed in the following graph. On the other hand, the cheapest colleges have yearly tuition costs ranging from $5,461 to $17,730. The lowest cost accredited online real estate bachelors degree schools are located in Mississippi and Oregon.

Therefore, of the 102,707 graduates from around the US, 17,849 are from the most inexpensive schools. Between 2006 and 2011, the number of real estate graduates with bachelors degrees from the least expensive online schools has increased by 2,927 graduates per year, while the percentage of graduates from these schools has also increased.
