Online Associates Degree Programs in Network Administration That are Your Most Inexpensive Options

Colleges and universities across the nation offering online associates degree in network administration programs charge students a median tuition of $9,843 per year. In recent years, the median tuition has decreased by 17.7%. In 2007, the median tuition was $11,958 each year at these online colleges.

Online associates degree in network administration colleges can also be referred to as network and communications management colleges. In 2011, of all network administration graduates with associates degrees from online colleges and universities in the nation, an estimated 21% earned credentials from these cheap programs. Therefore, of the 50,154 graduates from across the country, 10,437 are from the most inexpensive colleges. Between 2006 and 2011, the number of network administration graduates with associates degrees from the least expensive online schools has decreased by 377 graduates per year, while the percentage of graduates from these schools has also decreased.

Yearly tuition in the range of $4,920 to $14,766 is charged by other somewhat more costly online network administration associates degree schools. Roughly 2 of the 6 online schools that have associates degrees in network administration programs in the US charge tuition in this range.

A reported 36,600 students earned their degrees and certificates from these affordable online programs in 2011. This is 73% of the nation’s network administration associates level graduates. The number of graduates from these colleges was only 2,196 students, only 5 years earlier, in 2006.
