A median tuition of $3,540 annually is charged by schools around the country that have online associates degree in therapy programs. In recent years, there has been a 16.1% increase in the median tuition. In 2007, the median tuition was $3,048 yearly at these online colleges.

However, tuition charged by the cheapest colleges ranges from $1,320 to $2,520 yearly. The accredited online therapy associates degree schools that are the least costly are located in Kansas, Maine, and North Carolina.

However, the number of graduates has increased by 1,652 graduates each year.
Other somewhat more costly online therapy associates degree schools charge a yearly tuition in the range of $2,832 to $3,354. Of the 19 online colleges and universities that have associates degrees in therapy programs in the nation, 5 have tuition in this range.
A reported 20,487 students earned their degrees and certificates from these affordable online programs in 2011. This is 29% of the nation’s therapy associates level graduates. Just 5 years prior, in 2006, only 9,032 students earned credentials from these schools.
