A median tuition of $10,715 annually is charged by colleges in the US offering online associates degree in business administration programs. The median tuition has increased, over the past few years, by 40.1%. In 2007, the yearly median tuition was $7,650 at these online colleges.

Online associates degree in business administration schools are also known as administration schools. The following graph shows the range of tuition at colleges offering online business administration programs at the associates level from most to least expensive:

Tuition of more than $17,913 per annum is charged by the most expensive online associates degree in business administration colleges. The cheapest schools, on the other hand, require students to pay tuition in the range of $576 to $3,192 per year. California, Massachusetts, New Mexico, North Carolina, and Texas are home to the lowest cost accredited online business administration associates degree schools.

Approximately 20% of business administration graduates with associates degrees from online schools around the US graduated from these low tuition programs in 2011. Therefore, of the 806,697 graduates from across the country, 159,527 are from the most inexpensive colleges. Between 2006 and 2011, the percentage of business administration graduates with associates degrees from the lowest cost online colleges has decreased, while the number of graduates has increased by 32,449 graduates yearly.

Yearly tuition in the range of $3,194 to $10,692 is charged by other somewhat more costly online business administration associates degree colleges. Of the 234 online colleges and universities with associates degrees in business administration programs in the nation, 52 offer programs with tuition in this range.

A reported 23.9%, or 193,170 of the nation’s business administration associates level graduates earned their degrees and certificates from these affordable online programs in 2011. The number of graduates from these colleges and universities was only 160,768 students, a short 5 years earlier, in 2006. Therefore, from these reasonably priced online colleges and universities, the number of students graduating has increased by 20%.
