Online Bachelors Degree Programs in Linguistics That are Low Cost

Only 3 online bachelors degree in linguistics colleges and universities exist in the nation. These colleges and universities charge students an average tuition of $5,203 per annum. In recent years, the average tuition has increased by 47.3%. At these online colleges, the average tuition annually in 2007 was $3,533.

A yearly tuition of approximately $7,793 is charged by the costliest college that has online bachelors degree in linguistics programs. On the other hand, annual tuition charged by the cheapest school is $1,714.

These most inexpensive programs at UMA graduated an estimated 23% of linguistics graduates with bachelors degrees from online schools around the nation in 2011. This represents 26,724 of the 117,312 graduates from around the nation. Between 2006 and 2011, the number of linguistics graduates with bachelors degrees from the least expensive programs at UMA has increased by 4,592 graduates per year, while the percentage of graduates from these schools has decreased.

In 2011, 24,427 students received their certificates from these affordable online programs at Iowa State University. This represents 21% of the country’s linguistics bachelors level graduates. Thus, the number of graduates from these low tuition online programs at ISU has increased by 100%.
