Colleges and universities across the nation offering online masters degree in marketing programs charge students a median tuition of $11,352 per year. In recent years, there has been a 12.1% increase in the median tuition. In 2007, the median tuition at these online colleges and universities was $10,128 yearly.

A yearly tuition of over $28,414 is charged by the costliest online masters degree in marketing colleges and universities. The cheapest colleges and universities, on the other hand, require students to pay per annum tuition costs in the range of $4,070 to $9,720. The accredited online marketing masters degree schools that are the least expensive are located in Delaware, Michigan, New Mexico, Ohio, and Texas.

Of all marketing graduates with masters degrees from online colleges across the country, approximately 26% graduated from these low tuition programs in 2011. This represents 93,462 of the 361,483 graduates from around the US. Between 2006 and 2011, the percentage of marketing graduates with masters degrees from the lowest cost online schools has increased, while the number of graduates has also increased by 23,782 graduates per year.

Tuition ranging from $9,780 to $11,880 annually is charged by other somewhat more expensive online marketing masters degree schools. Tuition in this range is charged by 14 of the 42 online colleges with masters degrees in marketing programs in the country.

In 2011, 13.3% of the country’s marketing masters level graduates received their credentials from these reasonably priced online programs. This represents 48,253 students. Just 5 years prior, in 2006, only 33,110 students earned credentials from these schools. Thus, the number of graduates from these low tuition online colleges has increased by 46%.
