On the other end of the spectrum, annual tuition in the range of $1,714 to $5,297 is charged by the cheapest schools. The lowest cost accredited online language masters degree schools are located in Florida, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Oregon.

In 2006, which was a short 5 years earlier, the number of graduates from these colleges and universities was as much as 165,296 students. Therefore, from these reasonably priced online colleges and universities, the number of students graduating has decreased by 10%.
