Online Bachelors Degree Programs in Information Management Charging The Least

Colleges in the US that have online bachelors degree in information management programs require students to pay an average tuition of $15,463 per year. In recent years, the average tuition has increased by 46.8%. In 2007, the average tuition was $10,534 annually at these online colleges.

Tuition of more than $24,420 per year is charged by the most expensive online bachelors degree in information management colleges. On the other hand, annual tuition ranging from $5,806 to $8,493 is charged by the cheapest schools. Alabama, Kansas, Michigan, and Ohio are home to the most inexpensive accredited online information management bachelors degree schools.

These cheap programs graduated an estimated 31% of information management graduates with bachelors degrees from online schools around the US in 2011. Therefore, of the 304,496 graduates from around the US, 94,390 are from the least costly schools. From 2006 to 2011, the number of information management graduates with bachelors degrees from the least costly online schools has increased by 61,842 graduates per year. However, the percentage of graduates from these schools has decreased.

Yearly tuition in the range of $9,400 to $11,160 is charged by other somewhat more costly online information management bachelors degree schools. Tuition in this range is charged by 8 of the 23 online colleges that have bachelors degrees in information management programs in the country.

In 2011, 26,348 students received their credentials from these reasonably priced online programs. This represents 9% of the country’s information management bachelors level graduates. As much as 34,357 students graduated from these colleges, only 5 years earlier, in 2006. Therefore, the number of students graduating from these cheap online colleges has decreased by 23%.
